Quality Policy

The main objective of INGENIERÍA Y SERVICIOS EN ACÚSTICA, IBERACÚSTICA, S.L., a company dedicated to the development of engineering studies and acoustic services, is to offer a highly qualified service, providing maximum guarantees of independence, objectivity, technical reliability, and the agility demanded by our clients.

As a complement to our Integrated Policy on Quality, Safety, and Occupational Health, the following principles are established:

– Ensure customer satisfaction by strictly complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as commitments made with the client. 
– Make a constant effort to stay updated on labor and quality legislation, allowing us to meet client needs with the certainty of offering the right solution. 
– Inform the client, as early as possible, of any incidents that may occur in the provision of services, minimizing their impact. 
– Have qualified personnel subject to continuous technical training, ensuring the quality of the services provided. 
– Commit to achieving a high level of occupational health and safety, complying with current legislation, and especially the criteria established by our clients. 
– Promote safe behavior in all activities, providing workers with the necessary information on occupational risks and training on preventive measures. 
– Encourage the participation of all employees in matters related to occupational risk prevention, as they best understand the details of their work tasks. 
– Provide employees with updated technical resources, supported by new technologies and equipment that improve production processes and management efficiency. 
– Establish internal communication channels that encourage employee participation, contribution, and commitment to company objectives. 
– Periodically set objectives and goals to comply with this policy, promoting continuous quality improvement as a basic principle of operation, prioritizing preventive measures over corrective ones. 
– Disseminate this policy among employees, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders, working with them to resolve issues and ensuring compliance across all activities. 
– Train and raise awareness among all employees about the established objectives and respect for our policy. 
– Maintain the workplace in safe and healthy conditions by allocating necessary resources and properly planning their use, as part of a continuous improvement process. 
– Promote safe conduct in all activities, providing workers with the necessary information about the risks inherent to their work, as well as training on preventive measures.

A proposal by Iberacústica’s Management of objectives, audited and periodically reviewed, will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our Management System. Detecting opportunities for improvement through regular reviews will guarantee its success.
