Supplier Policy

At IBERACÚSTICA, we would like to thank you for your collaboration, which allows us to continue providing the best possible service to our clients.

Our company is certified under the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard, and we therefore carry out an annual periodic evaluation of our suppliers to verify that they meet the requirements established by our organization to provide services or supply products in accordance with our quality standards.

Any supplier working for Iberacústica must comply with the following requirements in order to supply products and/or services to our company:

– No more than 20% non-conformities (incidents) in the total products/services supplied during the year. 
– Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding the products and/or services supplied. 
– Quality of the product/service received. 
– Compliance with delivery deadlines for products/services. 
– After-sales service. 
– Quality-price ratio of the products/services. 

The objective is to establish stable and long-lasting relationships with our suppliers, allowing us to create value and excellence throughout the purchasing process.

Management will periodically review this Supplier Policy with the aim of achieving continuous improvement and maintaining up-to-date standards.
